Ronald L. Moy, MD
Dr. Ronald L. Moy is one of the leading cosmetic and plastic surgeons in Los Angeles, California. Board certified in dermatology, Mohs Micrographic Surgery, Cutaneous Oncology and Cosmetic Surgery, he specializes in cosmetic and plastic surgery, face lifts, liposuction, laser skin resurfacing and sclerotherapy. He has executed more than 25,000 cases of Mohs micrographic surgery and facial plastic surgery over the past 25 years. Dr. Moy's medical background and accomplishments include attending medical school at Albany Medical College, graduating in 1981. He then completed his residency training at UCLA, Dermatology and Dermatologic Plastic Surgery, finishing in 1985. Dr. Moy then completed Fellowship training at the University of Pittsburgh Center for Health Sciences.
A Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Moy has served as President of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery in 2001 and from 2004-2005 and as President of the Division of Medical Quality, Medical Board of California 2005. He has also been a professor at the UCLA Medical School, is a former Co-Chief of the UCLA division of Dermatology, is a former Chief of Dermatologic Surgery, is a former president of Los Angeles County Medical Association, Bay District and is an Editor-in-Chief of the Dermatologic Surgery Journal.
Dr. Moy is also a published author of more than 100 scientific articles on cosmetic and dermatologic surgery and treatments and is a renowned international lecturer on advancing cosmetic surgery technologies.
Dr. Moy is nationally renowned for his work and has been elected to the Board of Directors of more than five national organizations, including: California Medical Board, Division of Medical Quality; Board of the American Academy of Dermatology; Board of Academy of Cosmetic Surgery; Archives of Dermatology and Archives of Facial Plastic Surgery.
Edgar Fincher, MD, PhD
Dr. Edgar Fincher received both his MD and PhD degrees from The University of Tennessee, Memphis. He then completed early training in general surgery at Stanford University followed by a research fellowship, also at Stanford University, where he studied mechanisms of skin wound healing. Dr. Fincher then completed his dermatology residency at Stanford University before relocating to Los Angeles for a Fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery, laser and cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Fincher has conducted numerous presentations about his surgical techniques and laser research at national meetings for dermatologic surgeons, facial plastic surgeons and laser surgeons including work on the use of cutting-edge lasers for skin rejuvenation, facelifts, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) for facial rejuvenation and the combined use of liposuction with Thermage for maximizing neck rejuvenation. Furthermore, Dr. Fincher has authored numerous textbook chapters and has edited two texts on facelifts and blepharoplasty.

Helen Fincher, MD
Dr. Helen Fincher received her MD from The University of Tennessee, Memphis with highest honors. Following this, she completed her dermatology training at Stanford University. Since completing her residency, Dr. Fincher has many years of experience in general and cosmetic dermatology. She has worked in both private practice as well as in academia, serving on the faculty at Stanford University and currently as a clinical faculty member at UCLA.
Her areas of expertise include the treatment of acne, sclerotherapy, laser treatment for birthmarks, blood vessels and tattoos, along with the latest skin rejuvenation techniques using chemical peels, Botox® and injectable fillers.
Lisa K. Chipps, MD, MS, FAAD
Dr. Chipps is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon with specialty in Mohs micrographic skin cancer surgery, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, laser skin treatments, liposuction, and general and cosmetic dermatology. She is licensed to practice medicine in California and Colorado.
Dr. Chipps earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Physiological Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She received her M.D. at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. She was awarded a research fellowship at UCLA in dermatology during medical school. She did her internship year at the UCLA-West Los Angeles Veterans Affairs Hospital. Dr. Chipps completed residency training in dermatology at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado and at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, in Torrance, California. During her residency, she received a preceptorship award from the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She then completed a two-year fellowship in procedural dermatology, Mohs Micrographic Surgery, and cosmetic surgery with Dr. Ronald Moy at UCLA. She has received awards for her research in skin cancer. She has published numerous studies in journals and has done many presentations at scientific meetings related to her research in dermatology.
Currently, Dr. Chipps practices in Beverly Hills, Torrance, and Encino, California, as a partner in Moy-Fincher-Chipps Facial Plastics/Dermatology. She also sees patients at the California Health and Longevity Institute in Westlake Village, California. Dr. Chipps volunteers at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center as an attending dermatologist, taking care of underserved patients. As a Clinical Instructor on the UCLA faculty, she teaches dermatology and dermatologic surgery to residents and medical students. She is on staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
Dr. Chipps has a special interest in skin cancer education and prevention. She regularly volunteers for free skin cancer screenings through the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Skin Cancer Foundation. She also volunteers at the Venice Family Clinic. In addition to her volunteer efforts, Dr. Chipps is an active member of numerous medical societies, including the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American College of Mohs Surgery.
